Guntersville Lake provides a relaxing atmosphere that's needed to enjoy time at the lake. It is also a fisherman's paradise year round! You can travel to many restaurants and shops by boat or car. Also, there are many seasonal community activities, such as art classes at the local museum, lake side concerts, and 4th of July fireworks!
From the water you can get to two sets of jumping cliffs. The smaller cliffs are located less than a minute away from the vacation rental house and is good entertainment for kids (Cliffs from 10-30 feet tall). Larger cliffs are located 5 miles away in 70+ feet deep water. Have your camera ready to take pictures of your friends and family jumping from the 100 feet tall cliffs (smaller cliffs are also available at this location). Also on the water is a true bat habitat. Visit the cave by boat just before dark and watch in amazement as thousands of bats soar through the air.
